Repair - Replacement
REPAIR
Chrysostomos Jewels repairs its jewels when and if possible. All jewels sold through our official network as well as www.chrysostomos-jewels.com are covered by a 1-year warranty. The retail receipt or invoice as well as the exchange card, along with the warranty card inside its packaging, are considered as guarantee. A prerequisite for the acceptance of a piece of jewels for technical inspection, repair or replacement is the demonstration of one of the above purchase documents (warranty). The company has every legal right not to accept a product for examination, repair or replacement if the above are not met or if the terms and conditions of our company are not met.
In case you want to repair some of your jewels you can do the following:

- Or send us an e-mail at info@chrysostomos-jewels.com and to inform you about the repair process. The repair period is up to 40 working days from the moment the product is received by our company. Our company provides a minimal repair fee in case something happens to your jewelry and it is not covered by the warranty
In cases of cutting off part of the product or breaking, a prerequisite for any repair is that the customer has in his possession all the parts that constitute the jewels. All the above apply if repair is possible and there is availability of spare parts, stones, raw materials from our workshop.
REPLACEMENT
Product replacement is carried out free of charge within 1 month from the purchase of the product and if a manufacturing defect is found, after a technical inspection, that cannot be repaired.

In case of replacement, the shipping costs to the company Chrysostomos Jewels are borne exclusively by the sender. Before the product is shipped you must send us an email and receive confirmation from our company so that we can proceed with the replacement process*. The company bears no responsibility for damage, loss or theft that may occur during the transportation of jewelry. That’s why it’s a good idea to send them by registered mail.
