For Greece

You can receive your order in the following ways:

  • By shipping to your place
    In case of shipment to your place, shipments of our products are made with the company ACS. In case you wish your shipment to be made with a different company than the cooperating one, the costs are borne by the customer. For purchases under 50€, shipping costs are 3.5€. For purchases over 50€, shipping costs are free. In case of cash on delivery there is an extra charge of 2€.
  • By pick-up from our physical store
    In case you wish to receive the order from one of our physical stores, when you are in the shopping cart, choose from the list the one closest to you, pay at the store (in the way you want) and receive it.
  • Via Box Now
    With Box Now you can receive your order at an automated machine from your point of choice 24/7 and within 24 hours of its shipment by us. Learn     more here.

Orders placed in the e-shop are shipped in 1-10 working days.

For Cyprus

The shipment of your order is made through the company ACS with shipping costs of 7 € and possibility of cash on delivery additional 3 €.
Orders placed in the e-shop are shipped in 4-10 working days.

For Abroad

Your order for purchases outside Greece and Cyprus is made through DHL and you are automatically informed about the tracking number. The charge of shipping costs, depending on the country – continent you are in, automatically appears in your shopping cart. Orders placed abroad are shipped in 4-15 working days.

* Orders for non-EU countries may incur customs duties or other import costs, which must be borne by the customer. The company  It cannot know exactly whether there will be a charge when importing them into the country concerned and what the exact amount will be, as customs policy differs from country to country. In any case, you can place your order and contact the customs of your country. 

**For orders that weigh more than 2Kgr, shipping costs may change.
